We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.95 applies. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days via Royal Mail or DPD.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, Skinstitut is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so on our behalf.
What is your return policy if I am unhappy with a product?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare products unless they have caused an adverse reaction, in which case a medical note may be required.
